Before Ms. Harris became a digital marketer, she served as a writer in the Southwest Airlines marketing department. Her interest in the Internet and digital technologies began in 1990, when she joined the technical writing team at the North Carolina Supercomputing Center. Ms. Harris holds a magna cum laude degree in English/technical communications from North Carolina State University and completed an intensive Japanese language study at Nagoya University in Nagoya, Japan.
